Kasa Capitol Hill Downtown Nashville

We had the best time in Nashville! The Kasa apartments are so clean and so close Broadway. There are many shops, restaurants and bars close by. The apartment is very clean with great amenities in the communal area like coffee and water. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Nashville and I would definitely go back! Thank you!

A great weekend! I was visiting for a wedding and the Kasa was close to the venue, easy to check into, clean and comfortable. While at the event, I was shocked to learn that the guests staying in the wedding hotel bloc did not even have closets or hangers, whereas my room had everything I needed, including a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. I was only in town for a couple days, but I would have been perfectly comfortable for weeks in this apart-hotel. I'll be looking for Kasa options for future travel for sure!!

We loved the location of our apartment!! Walking distance to everything downtown. The apartment was clean and had many amenities. Some of the walls had marks but that’s from other visitors putting their luggage on pieces of furniture against the walls . We were not planning on sharing but our apartment would not have been good for more than 2 as you have to walk thru the bedroom to get to the bathroom (unit 103). We would definitely stay here again!!!

This was a fantastic place to stay! Our room was clean and spacious. It was walking distance to Broadway and all the fun places. It was easy to check in and use the virtual front desk, and the instructions for parking, checking in and checking out were easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!

Group stay at Kasa Capitol Hill, and we loved it. Ideal for our needs, spotless, spacious, equipped with all we needed. Information surrounding check in etc on the app was superb. Location was ideal, 10 mins (if even) walk from Broadway, can uber for $5-8 dollars depending where heading on Broadway. Local eateries nearby, parks, landmarks. Will definatley be back. Located on an incline, so some of our group preferred to Uber for needs re walking etc, but nice walk if your able to do so.

We had just the right amount of space for two People! Loved having a living/kitchen space for our travels home. Conveniently located 2 blocks from the Broadway scene in Nashville! kasa people responded quickly. Building was beautiful.

We loved Kasa Capital Hill in Nashville. We were in unit 207 and it was very clean and the unit had a great layout. The bed was very comfy. It was definitely a great value for downtown Nashville. We could have easily walked everywhere downtown, but it was cold out so we took a couple Lyfts. I like the Kasa concept. Kind of hotel/condo rental mixture. When it comes to paid parking, be aware that there is a parking pass in the unit when you arrive and parking is in the Sheraton parking garage directly across the street. If you have a very large vehicle, it can might be difficult to navigate the garage. One last thing, and this is not a complaint, but be aware that there is not a view. There are two large windows that bring in natural light, which is nice, but there is a view of another parking garage at that level.

We stayed at Kasa for 7 nights and could not fault it. Our apartment was very clean, quiet & perfect for what we needed. Plenty of amenities, lovely touch of providing make up wipes and make up removing towels. Having our own washing machine /dryer facilities was super handy! The location was perfect walking distance to downtown and broadway. Would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Nashville!
